if you like to start fresh over and over - last toon only at 2 mill sp / then you really don't need to worry about learning skills, other than a few advances of the 1X skills. even learning at 5 is a waste of time.

if you've got decent caldari BS skills. The rohk is a great tanker. Issue 1 with tankers, the ability to get agro from the entire pocket, rails have the reach out and touch folks ability. And on the whole with the + to resists across the board ...

Thanks much, Just felt a bit odd walking away from 14m in gunnery skills to start working missiles. Golem it up, in 20 or so days when every thing is at least 3~4 and I'd got tech 2 torps unlocked. Thanks again.

The thing to remember to get 2772 you need learning 5 the main to be 15 the seconday to be 9 implants +5 learning skills maxed. you should at least be at 1881 this is an easy goal learning 5 base primary / secondary 9 implants +3 learing skills...
